Depardieu signed his contract to play at Szeged
Gerard Depardieu signed his contract with the Open-Air Festival of Szeged for the role of Napoleon in the Hungarian play János Háry. Tamás Herczeg director, Gyula Harangozó artistic director and the director of the play was present at the important meeting.
Depardieu got to know more about the conception of the summer performance and it seemed that he immediately got on really good terms with Mr Béres. Depardieu got the script in French and he was measured for his costumes. He also looked at the costume designs and he was amazed by the smart and funny clothes of Ildi Tihanyi.
So the preparations for the August play are done. The partners of the world-famous star will be Hungary's best actors and actresses, and the play is going to be a family show bursting with humour and wonderful songs.
